Danger of Zero sessions, Bar Council of India approved nomination in session 2018-19
The threat of Shadow Zero session at Patna Law College of Patna University has been postponed. Bar Council of India (BCI) has given the college permission to enroll in the session 2018-19. .
In a letter to the University, the Bar Council of India has recommended the Registrar to allow the college to enroll. The College has deposited 3.50 lakh rupees for council inspection. But no team has come for inspection by the council. In such a situation, the college had requested the council that if the team is coming for inspection now, then the report will take three to four months to report to the council.
In such a case, the college session will be late. Therefore, permission for immediate nomination should be allowed. The council agreed on this and has given permission to enroll only in the upcoming session. Principal of college Dr. Mo. Sharif said that the date of application for online in LLB will be released in the first fortnight of this month. Nomination is done from entrance examination at LLB of Patna Law College. There are 300 seats here.
