Lucknow: Bappa Sri Narain Vocational (BSNV) PG College, popularly known as KKV, will be welcoming a number of new teachers to our faculty, including some with excellent academic records from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT).

The UP Higher Education Services Commission has approved the appointments of four assistant professors, as of Friday. The posts had been unoccupied for the last five years.

Amrit Gond, who holds an MSc in Chemistry from IIT Madras, has been appointed as a faculty member in the Chemistry department at Banaras Hindu University, where he is currently pursuing a PhD in organic chemistry.

Subhash Chandra, an IITian pursuing a PhD in Nanomaterials at IIT-BHU, and Sumit Moulek, a former meritorious MSc student of Lucknow Christian College, were both appointed as faculty in the same department.

A Junior Research Fellow at BSNV, Rita Singh Rawat, was appointed as a faculty member in the zoology department.

KKV principal Ramesh Dhar Dwivedi stated that obtaining such excellent young faculty is beneficial for our students. Additionally, filling the four vacant teaching positions will enable us to introduce new courses.
