Patna High Court has allowed Patna Training College and Patna Women’s Training College, Patna University to take part in BEd Counseling. In this case, there will be enrollment in the new session.
On Tuesday, hearing the petition of Patna University, Justice Virendra Prasad said that since two teachers training college of Patna University is completing the qualifications of NCTE, they can take nomination. In addition to the High Court’s decision, the students also breathed their breath.
Advocate Sunil Kumar Singh, advocate from the University in the court, kept the side. He gave the list of permanent teachers of the two colleges and 15 to 15 teachers. Said that both colleges are fulfilling the eligibility criteria for enrollment. In such cases, the court allows to take nomination. Patna University counsel also argued that the NCTE inspected the college in 2010 and submitted the report in 2017. Based on the same report, the NCTE has decided to postpone the recognition of both colleges. While many things have changed in these years .
Dr. Sudhakar Prasad Singh, present in the court as a representative of the Patna Training College, told that the court had also been informed about the appeal of Patna University in NCTE. On this, the judge also instructed him to look into the matter. Court order was informed to NCTE’s Delhi headquarters and Bhubaneswar regional office.
