Rainbow Summit on Entrepreneurship was organised at Patna Women’s College by MétierX on 11th November 2019.The key objectives of this summit is to open a new opportunity for students of Bihar and making realise them their potential;increase the Entrepreneurial skills and thoughts in students and provide fund and support for many student’s venture.
The Summit features seven Entrepreneurial Activities having seven Entrepreneurs from seven different sector. These seven activities are Ideathon,Pitch Doc, Business Story Telling, Panel Discussion, Inter-active talks, Startup Camp and Leadership Games.
It’s the second edition of Rainbow Summit on Entrepreneurship which is mostly women centric having 7 Women Speaker and others as well.
“One of the major women do not want to working business because they don’t get support from the family.If you can be the reason behind the success of your family,then why are you are yourself strong.Every Individual is born equal,strong enough to do whatever you want.” Said Roshni Singh.
Ideathon session was conducted by Ranjan Mistry, Founder of Campus Varta;Womenia Story and Youngest Social Entrepreneur from Bihar. There are around 12+ Students presents their idea in the front of Judges.
Business Story Telling was conducted by Shazia Quiser, Founder of Revival.
Pitch Doc Session was held by Akansha Singh, founder at Swayamsambhu solution PLC. An
Entrepreneurial lady who has got incubation more than five times from different academic
institutions and business Organization.
“Such events are good for aspiring women entrepreneurs. Being a women entrepreneur is a challenge and overcoming it is an art, which should be exchanged through such events.” Said Akansha Singh, Founder Swayamsambhu solution Pvt. Ltd.
Topic for panel discussion was Entrepreneurial Ecosystem in Bihar for women: Challenges and Opportunities. It was held by Namita Priya, Founder at Womenia Story; Roshini Singh, Chairperson at BIA Youth Cell; Richa Rajput, founder at The Kedar House; Rashmi Shekhar, Business Head at Timecraftz.

There was an inter-active session held by RJ Anjali from Radio Mirchi, Times group on the topic Art of Communication.
Bipul Kumar, founder at MetierX and Chief Co-ordinator at Rainbow Summit on Entrepreneurship held the leadership games based on Team work and said that ‘Entrepreneurial Ecosystem is the most required factor for this generation. It has ability to solve almost all the problems of world.’
