Rahul Kumar Tiwari, hailing from Maango, Jamshedpur, has received the distinction of being the Jharkhand topper in JEE Mains examination. He has bagged the AIR 22 rank, with 335 points out of 360. Nearly 5,000 students from Jamshedpur had sat for JEE Mains – both online and offline test.

1000 students were declared passed from Jamshedpur.

Shubham Kar, who stood 2nd in Jharkhand as JEE Mains results came out yesterday, scored 327 and received AIR 72. While Ayush Agarwal, standing 3rd in the entire Jharkhand, scored 316 and bagged AIR 95.

Rahul’s Success Story

JEE Mains Jharkhand topper Rahul received this success by studying for a mere three–and–a–half hours each day. After completing school and coaching, he’d study from ten o’clock one-thirty every night.

Fond of singing and cricket, Rahul had already accurately estimated his score beforehand. He wishes to computer science from IIT Bombay after clearing JEE Advanced.

In addition to crediting his teachers for his success, Rahul also accorded his thanks to his parents and his sister. He said that he had hoped that there would be an increase in his Physics score by 2 marks but that did not happen .

Rahul’s father Shyam Dev Tiwari works at Tata Steel. Mother Sunita Tiwari is a housewife. Sister Shweta Tiwari studies at BIT Sindri.

The family is ecstatic at their son’s success. Vatika Green City is in a festive atmosphere at the news of Rahul being the Jharkhand topper. Neighbours are congratulating the family and Rahul’s success.
