However there are some instructions to be followed regarding form filling:

General Instructions for filling the UOH 2018 Application Form:

  • Applications for the examination to various courses is required to be submitted in the form available online. All candidates must submit a separate application for each course online along with the application fee.
  • The candidates are required to pay the prescribed entrance examination fees (non refundable) of Rs. 550/- in the case of General Candidates, Rs. 350/- in the case of OBC Candidates and Rs.250/- in the case of SC/ST/PwD candidates through the online payment link provided in the application.
  • The Candidates must possess a valid personal Email ID and Mobile number. Both should be kept active till the admission cycle is completed for the course. In case a candidate does not have a valid personal e-mail ID, they should create a new email-ID before applying online.
  • All the applicants should retain their Application Number for further reference safely.
  • The Candidates are required to have a scanned (digital) image of his/her photograph of dimesions (200 x 230 pixels) & signature of (140 x 60 pixels) in dimension ready before commencing filling the application form.

Photograph Image

  • Photograph of the candidate must be recently taken of passport size and coloured. The background must be a lightly coloured one, preferably with white background.
  • If you wear spectacles then make sure that there are no reflections in the photograph and your eyes must be visible clearly.
  • Any ornament or accessory such as Caps/hats and dark glasses are not acceptable. Religious headwear is allowed but it should not cover the face of the candidate.
  • Not the dimension of the photograph 200 x 230 pixels.
  • The size of the image should be below 50KB.
  • If the size of the file is more than 50 KB, then adjust the settings so that the size of the file does not exceed 50KB.

Signature Image

  • The applicant’s signature should be captured on a white sheet with blue/black ball point pen. The background must be white.
  • The signature image will be pasted on the Hall Ticket and other places where necessary. If the applicant’s signature on the answer script, at the time of the examination, does not match with the signature on the Hall Ticket, then they will not be allowed to write the entrance examination.
  • Note the dimensions of the scanned image for the signature 140 x 60 pixels.
  • The size of the scanned image should be below 10KB.

STEP I Enter these personal details
The candidates will be required to enter here the details such as Name of the Candidate, Choice of Exam Centre, Course Applying for, Aadhaar No, Date of Birth (dd/mm/yyyy), Nationality, Category, Wards of Defence Personnel, Gender, State of Domicile, Physically Challenged. Please make the entries carefully.

STEP II Enter these Qualifying Degree / Course details
The candidates at this step will be required to fill in these details:
Qualifying Degree, Relevant Subject Studied, Position of Qualifying Exam, Percentage of Marks, Email, Mobile Number, Upload photograph, Upload signature. Please make the entries carefully.

STEP III Fill the Family Particulars
The candidates at this step will be required to fill in these details:
Father, Mother, Guardian. Guardian relationship with the student, Name and contact number of the person in case of emergency, Native Place, Native District, Native State, Nearest Railway Station, Distance from Hyderabad, Rural/Urban area. Please make the entries carefully.

STEP IV Academic Record
Candidates are required to provide the details as required starting from 10th standard to the qualifying examination. If qualifying degree result is in the form of CGPA, then the details of equivalent percentage after conversion may be furnished.

10th – Course, Board/University, Subject Studied/ Passed, Year of Passing, Maximum Marks, Marks Obtained, Percentage of Marks, Class/ Division.
12th- Course, Board/University, Subject Studied/ Passed, Year of Passing, Maximum Marks, Marks Obtained, Percentage of Marks, Class/ Division.

STEP V Miscellaneous Data
Blood Group, Marital Status, Do you require hostel accommodation?, Do you belong to Kashmiri Migrant category? Are you a single girl child in your family?, Were you in receipt of any previous scholarship, Was any disciplinary action taken against your academic career so far?. Give details, Reasons if there is any gap in the education?, Do you belong to LBC? Please mention the group. Do you belong to any minority community? Mention the community, Religion. Please make the entries carefully.

STEP VI Address Details
Permanent address and present address
H No./ Flat No./ Building Name, street/ Colony, Locality/ City/ Village, District, State, PIN, and country. Please make the entries carefully.

  • The candidate’s application will not be considered to be valid unless the payment is made before the last date.
