In ‘Mission Saahasi’ girl students showed self-defense skills
In the ‘Mission Saahasi’ program organized by Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad, girl students performed self defense skill judo-karata and martial arts. The program was organized on Branch ground on Tuesday.
It is worth mentioning that ABVP has been training judo-karate and martial arts students in different colleges for the last several days. The program was jointly inaugurated by former Bihar DGP DN Gautam, Patna’s mayor Sita Sahu, former Legislative Councilor Prof. Kiran Ghai, Annia Anand and Vidyarthi Parishad’s Provincial Chief, Prof. Narendra Kumar Singh did .
In his address, Patna’s Mayor Sita Sahu said that there is a need to perform such programs among the girls today so that they can fight the demonic power of society. DN Gautam said that the initiative of the All India Vidyarthi Parishad is unique to make girls self reliant in the matter of security. The purpose of mission adventure program is to make students aware of their safety, so that they can do their own security in the event of a crisis. At the same time, Kiran Ghai said that for women’s honor, women’s strength will come forward further and work to be done firmly. Prof. Narendra Prasad Singh said that this campaign of ABVP is a positive step for self defense of girl students. The program chaired by Metropolitan President Prof. Nand Kumar Triari, while the thanksgiving memorandum was made by the Minister of Patna Metropolitan Development Chandra Singh. Hundreds of students from various colleges participated in the program.
