The School of Law and Governance, Central University of South Bihar, Gaya organized a One Day Workshop on the topic Public Interest Litigation on April 11, 2018 in its Gaya Campus.

Advocate James M. and Advocate Sonu Kr Sharma, Supreme Court of India delivered lecture on PIL and set practice session in which around 220 students from the School of Law and Governance participated under the expert guidance of resource personals. Resource Persons were satisfied with the analytical ability and understanding of the students and wished them every success in the field of law.

Prof. S.P. Srivastava, Head & Dean of School of Law emphasized that objective of organizing these programs time to time is to make our students more perfect and capable in understanding the matters relating to law. This workshop will improve their knowledge and make them more proficient in understanding and applying Public Interest Litigation.

Workshop included series of lectures, training session and covers wider areas Higher Court of Record in respective of Public Interest Litigation. During the sessions, Students clarified their doubts and problems relating to concerned topic from the expert resource personal. During the Workshop Dr. Pawan Kumar Mishra, Dr. Pradip Kumar Das, Dr. Digvijay Singh, Ms. Poonam Kumari, Dr. Deonarayan Singh were present. Concerned Faculty members told the media that in upcoming days, they will organize more seminars and workshops for the improvement of their students potential and encourage them for their bright future to the field of law and litigation.
