Classes of postgraduate courses of Patliputra University have started from Monday. Choice-based credit system has been introduced from the new session in PG Courses which started in Patliputra University. It will also get credit for the attendance of students, participation in studies and their efficiency with innovation. The university administration hopes that the credit system will be effective in connecting students with classes. However, Patliputra University administration has started PG classes in its first session about seven months late. However, officials of the University administration say that measures will be taken to regularize the session. During this, classes started on Monday with College of Commerce, Arts, and Science at BD College and TPS College. While classes in the colleges present in A.N. College will start from January 29.

Classes started in the Department of Hindi, English, History, and Economics at the College of Commerce. The principal of college Prof. Tapan Kumar Shandilya announced the introduction of the new season by going to all the departments. During this time Prof. Shandilya said that since this session is short of time, it will be harmful to the students to be absent for one day.

At the same time, Dr. Tanuja said at TPS College that Prof. Ajit is known as Zoology Science HOD and Prof. Rita has been made the head of the Department of Botany. After the commencement of the session, Dr. G.K Chaudhary, the Vice Chancellor of Patliputra University was also present. He said that the university is the first session, therefore it is the moral obligation of every students and student enrolled in this session that they should be studied without any complete absence and sincerity and achieve their goals in life.

In the PG Courses Induction Meet at BD College, Dr. GK Chaudhary reached. They told the students in detail about the semester system and the CBCs. He said that the admission process of Pataliputra University will start again in June. Meanwhile, Principal of the College Dr. Sanjay Kumar told the students about the library, gym, etc. in the campus. MCom is being run at BD College.
