A poster was unveiled for the "Vision for Viksit Bharat" Research Paper Writing Competition, was done by Prof. B.S. Sahay, Director, IIM Jammu jointly organized by Bharatiya Shikshan Mandal and Yuva Aayam at IIM Jammu. Present on the occasion were Dr Neelika Arora, Head of Academics, Bharatiya Shikshan Mandal, Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh Province, Shri Gunjan Sharma, Head of Publicity, Bharatiya Shikshan Mandal, Jammu, kashmir and Ladakh Province, Shri Aniruddh, Expander (Jammu), Bharatiya Shikshan Mandal, Jammu, Kashmir, Ladakh Province, Dr Himja Mengi, Member, Bharatiya Shikshan Mandal, Jammu, Kashmir, Ladakh Province. The event was also attended by the faculty, officers, staff members and research scholars of the Institute.

In his address, Prof. B.S. Sahay, Director, IIM Jammu, provided an overview of India’s progress and invited active interaction on the activities needed to achieve the target of Viksit Bharat @ 2047. He highlighted India's rich cultural heritage and historical economic strength, noting India's projected ascent from the 11th position to 7th position and to the 4th by 2026 and 3rd by 2027 in the global economy. He emphasized the necessity of having a clear roadmap to achieve the Viksit Bharat 2047 target and stressed the importance of the national flag and India's legacy as a “Vishwaguru”, expressing confidence that India will reclaim this status soon. He mentioned that Research is the cornerstone of progress and development, highlighting that this competition is a wonderful initiative that will not only engage the youth in meaningful academic pursuits but also inspire them to contribute to the vision of a developed Bharat. He expressed confidence that the innovative ideas and perspectives brought forward by young researchers will pave the way for a brighter future. Lastly, he urged the faculty, Ph.D. scholars, and staff to work actively for the nation's progress toward Viksit Bharat 2047.

Shri Aniruddh, Expander (Jammu), Bharatiya Shikshan Mandal provided an overview of the registration process for the Research Paper Writing Competition and discussed the activities of Bharatiya Shikshan Mandal, highlighting the contribution of the work by the organization pertaining to National Education Policy. He emphasized the importance of reviving India's age-old practices and restoring its lost glory, urging scholars to use this initiative as a platform to showcase their talents and contribute to the national development goal.

This competition serves as a preliminary preparation for the upcoming Research Scholars' National Conference, "Vision for Viksit Bharat - VIVIBHA," aimed at fostering the role of Bharatiya youth in nation-building. The competition invites research papers from scholars across states, which can be written in any Bharatiya language or in English. Participants are required to register and submit their research papers through the Bharatiya Shikshan Mandal's official website: https://www.bsmbharat.org.

The winner at the state level will be honored with a special award. Additionally, selected researchers from various states will have the opportunity to present their work at the National Level Researchers Conference, scheduled to be held from November 15 to 17, 2024, at SGT University, Gurugram, Haryana. Researchers who excel at the national level will be granted the opportunity to pursue research in prestigious institutions.

The Research Paper Writing Competition covers a wide range of topics crucial to the vision of a developed Bharat, ranging from Knowledge-Science and Technology, Environment Conservation for Prosperous Bharat, Women-Vision for Empowerment, Right Vision Towards History and Radiant Future of Bharat, Art, Literature, and Culture, Commerce, Economics, and Management, National Security, Bharatiya Knowledge System, Rural Development and Self-Employment, Law and Justice, Bharatiya Education: Past, Present, and Future

This competition seeks to nurture and harness the research capabilities of our youth, guiding them towards contributing to the noble objectives of national development.
